[Silver Wind] I'll catch you, across the moonbridge...

So now you must be REALLY bored want to peer into my super boring life! Here are some snippets of info about me!

I go by several aliases including Kokiri Kid, Vivi, and Lloyd but the one I'm most frequently known as is Matthias (occasionally abbreviated as Matt). As of Summer 2009, I am an 18 year old college freshman who calls Texas home. I play the viola and strive to do my best in everything, especially academic. My philosophy is a Peppita quote (go figure): "Effort beats talent everytime!" I'm very uncoordinated, unathletic, and I see myself as book smart, not street smart.

I'm really interested in foreign cultures/languages. I've studied Latin for several years and I've been able to speak and read Mandarin to a somewhat proficient level since I was very young. I'm also very intrigued by the Japanese and really all things Asian - in other words, I love Anime, J-Pop, and Mandopop, even though I don't always understand all of it.

I spend a good deal of my time online obviously. Most of the time I'm on AIM, Livejournal, or occasionally Facebook. I also roleplay for fun!

Xenosaga/Xenogears - My main obsession in the video gaming realm. I love both Xenosaga and Xenogears so much. In fact most of my sites are dedicated to them. Since 2004.
Hello! Project - My newest obsession but I absolutely love every part of the organization! I started with Kago Ai, moved on to W (Double You), started listening to Morning Musume, and finally rounded out the Hello! Project Big Three most recently with Berryz Kobo and C-ute! Since 2008.

Digimon - This obsession roots all the way back to when it aired on Fox Kids, but recently, I've been watching the Japanese versions and my love for it has resurfaced!
Cardcaptor Sakura/Tsubasa: - One of my friends got me totally obsessed a few years ago. Cardcaptor Sakura still stands as my favorite anime of all time, but I'm not as obsessive about it anymore.
Square-Enix - This includes Final Fantasy, Star Ocean, and Kingdom Hearts. This company makes most of my favorite video games except Xenosaga, Zelda, and a few others.

Zelda - An old love that never dies and never really dominates. I don't think I'll ever not like Zelda.
Charmed - Best primetime drama ever! I love the drama, magic, fights, effects, and everything! Too bad it's over. Otherwise it'd be continuing higher, I think.

Chances are, I forgot some because I have a REALLY bad memory. Yes, I do forget my favorites sometimes. Please don't tease the Asian! XP
